We’re looking for a dedicated Japanese Cook to serve our customers. The following is the requirements for the position. Position: Japanese Cook Work Hours: 8 hours per day (40 hours per week) Wage: $14 ~ $16 per hour You will be responsible for: - Make Japanese meals such as Sushi, Sashimi, Tempura and Rolls. - Make the Teriyaki and Tempura sauce, Udon, Miso soup, and etc. - Develop new menus and the sauces. - Monitor and record supplies - Clean own work area - Train kitchen helpers with advanced cooking skills. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of Japanese food cook experience - Completion of high school - Basic English is OK.
