Job details Location: 8420 109 Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta T6G 1E2 Hourly rate: $25.00 to $36.00 / hour (wage determined based on experience and qualifications; higher wage levels apply for candidates with more extensive experience) Vacancies: 3 Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time (30 to 44 hours / week) Start date: As soon as possible Work Setting: Tattoo studio Benefit: 4 percent of total wages for vacation pay Job requirements Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 2 to 3 years of work experience as a tattoo artist Job Duties • Use a demographer to permanently pigment the client’s skin with chemical dyes • Consult with and advise clients with respect to size, color, design and placement of body art • Clean and sterilize tattoo equipment and work areas • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols • Perform tattoo repairs, cover-ups, and touch-ups • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmation • May apply temporary designs to client’s skin • Build and maintain own clientele How to apply By email tattoosbystrangers@hotmail.com | |
