We are fully serving Japanese style cuisine in Victoria, BC. Now we are currently seeking a Competent Restaurant Manager. Employer: Sushi Field Japanese Restaurant Working (Business) Location: #5-1594 Fairfield Rd, Victoria, BC V8S 1G1 Position: Restaurant Manager Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30~40 hours per week) Wage: $20.00 per hour Responsibilities: - Plan and organize the daily activities at the restaurant, kitchen, bar and hall - Resolve issues such as customer complaints - Make sure health and safety regulations are followed - Determine type of services to be offered - Oversee staff training and monitor performance - Control inventory and modify or set prices - Negotiate arrangements with suppliers Requirement: - 2 year of work experience in food service sector including supervisory experience - Completion of secondary school - Able to communicate in English.
