Sura Korean BBQ Cuisine is located at #1830-4151 Hazelbridge Way, Richmond, BC V6X 4J7. We are currently looking for permanent, full time Cooks (Korean Foods). Position: Cook Wage: CAD$19.05-29.00/hour (depending on skills & experiences) Types: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including evening, weekends, and holidays) Working hours: 30-40 hours/week Benefits: 4% of vacation pay, Free meals at work Job Duties: • Prepare and cook traditional Korean food items; • Maintain inventory and records of food; • Oversee kitchen operations; • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies; • Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety and sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage; Job Requirements: • Completion of secondary school; • Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or completion of college or other program in cooking or 1-3 years of commercial cooking experience required. • Korean food cooking experience an asset. • Skills demonstration may be required.
