No Sign up, No Email Required to Post. - Position: Restaurant Manager (Full-time, Permanent) - Work location: 5599 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC V5H 2GB - Work Hours: 30 hours per week + Vacation fee (4% of gross salary) - Wage: $36.6 - Vacancy: 1 ++Job Duties: - Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits - Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies - Track revenues to control labour cost - Monitor staff performance and recruit, train and supervise staff - Plan and organize daily operations - Adjust staff work schedules - Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures - Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms - Organize and maintain inventory - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations are followed - Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies - Work with clients for catering arrangements or use of facilities - Provide quality customer service and coordinate events - Handle and resolve customers’ complaints or concerns ++Requirements: - Completion of a college degree in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related - Minimum 5 years of experience in food preparation or service is required - Excellent communication skill in English is required How to Apply: Send your resume by email to pottergarden.hr@gmail.com GAON Korean Cuisine 5599 Kingsway, Burnaby BC, V5H 2GB | |
