Chilliwack, BC, V2P 7X9 Number of Jobs Open: 1 vacancy Job Title: Restaurant Manager Wage: $36.60 per hour Working Hours: 30 hours per week Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent Benefit(s): 10 days paid vacation or 4% vacation pay Your job duties will be: - Ensure all ordering and tasks are completed to successfully run the restaurant properly. - Assist with all administrative aspects and duties - Monitor and troubleshoot any restaurant, building maintenance and employee problems and find solutions. - Process payroll for all restaurant staff. - Train and educate all staff for operational excellence. - Involve in hiring new staff. - Create and adjust all staff schedules. - Develop and implement effective marketing strategies. - Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. - Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues. - Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to the menus.
