Our restaurant is located in Hope, BC and fully serves a wide range of Japanese-style cuisine, and offer take-out and dine-in service enjoyed by locals and visitors alike with reasonable price. Now, we are hiring the experienced Cook. Employer: EK KIBO TRADING LTD. (o/a Kibo Japanese Grill & Cafe) Position: Cook Open position: 1 Main duties: -Prepare and cook food according to recipes such as various dons, noodles, appetizers, and tempura etc. -Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices. -Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food. -Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. -Clean kitchen and work area. Requirement: - Completion of secondary school. - 2 years or more experience as a cook. Wage and working hours: $20.00 - $37.00 per hour with 30-40 hours a week.
