Provide professional support and care to passengers with special needs, medical issues, or specific requests. Conduct pre-flight checks of safety equipment, cabin cleanliness, and supplies. Demonstrate and ensure passenger understanding of safety procedures and emergency protocols. Handle passenger inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy. Work collaboratively with the cabin crew team to ensure smooth flight operations. Represent Cathay with professionalism, courtesy, and cultural sensitivity at all times.
