Boucherie Self Storage & Bottle Depot is located at 2711 Kyle Rd., West Kelowna, BC V1Z 2M9. We are currently looking for a permanent, full time Bottle Depot Supervisor. Position: Bottle Depot Supervisor Wage: CAD$31.00-37.00/hour (depending on experiences) Types: Full-time, Permanent Working hours: 30-40 hours/week Benefits: 4% of vacation pay Job Duties: • Supervise, assign, and review the work of staff; • Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve procedures and policies; • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, standards, and regulations; • Schedule and co-ordinate work of staff ; • Requisition materials and supplies; • Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions; • Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company polices; • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery and arrange for maintenance and repair work.
