To align with our growing business needs, we are seeking a dedicated candidate for the position of permanent full time Human Resources Generalist. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR and Administration department. This role covers a broad scope of responsibilities including recruitment, onboarding, training, compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, employee relations, administration, compliance, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of building and refining processes in a fast-paced, diverse company environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding and training processes to ensure a smooth and positive new hire experience
• Organize and oversee the implementation of company HR policies, procedures and training programs in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Optimize and drive the execution of the company’s performance appraisal system.
• Plan and carry out payroll coordination, attendance tracking, career development planning, employee assistance and leave administration.
• Manage and maintain employee records, generate hr reports, analyze data to support higher level decision making, and prepare compliance reports for audits
• Plan, recommend regular employee engagement activities and benefit programs to foster positive employer – employee relations and promote company culture
• Research, streamline benefits, hr practices, existing departmental workflows to improve efficiency, satisfaction and collaboration.
• Handle other HR-related administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills
• Post Secondary Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources or related fields, with prior exposure to the financial services industry strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational and stress-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and collaborative office software.
• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills

• Work Hours: 35 hours per week
