(o/a Arigato Sushi Japanese Restaurant) Position: Full-time Cook Vacancy: 5 Wage: $16.00 ~ $17.00 per hour Working Condition: 30-40 hours a week. Benefit: 5.77 % from gross income for paid vacation per year. Working (Business) Location: 14 Second Avenue N. Yorkton, SK. S3N 1G2 Responsibilities: -Prepare and cook food according to recipes. -Responsible for the production and have knowledge and competency of Nigiri and Sashimi. -Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices. -Work with specialized equipment such as deep-fryer and grill etc. -Clean kitchen and work area. -May schedule and/or train kitchen helpers. Requirement: – Completion of secondary school – 2+ years of cooking experience is required. – Having Japanese style cooking experience may be considered as an asset.
