Langley Meat Shop (Langley Location) Is Hiring Administrative Assistant Description of Business: Meat Product Manufacturer Business and Work Location: 19665 Willowbrook Dr suite #108, Langley, BC, V2Y 1A5 Terms of Employment: Permanent Position / Full-Time (30-40 hours per week) Vacancy: 1 Wage: $26.50 - $40.00 (Depends on Experience) Benefit: 4% Vacation Pay / Flexible Hours / Relocation costs covered by employer Start Date: As soon as possible Job duties: • Coordinate the flow of information within the team • Open and distribute mail and other materials • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences • Determine and establish office procedures and routines • Schedule and confirm appointments • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages • Answer electronic enquiries • Compile data, statistics and other information • Order office supplies and maintain inventory • Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents • Perform data entry • Maintain and manage digital database • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks Job Requirement: • Language of Work: English • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years OR equivalent experience • Experience: Experience an asset How to Apply: Send your resume at langleymeat@gmail.com with “Administrative Assistant” in the subject line. | |
