Position: Kitchen Helper Wage: CAD$18.00/hour Types: Full-time, Permanent (Part time also available) Working hours: 30- 40 hours/week Benefits: 4% of vacation pay, Free meals at work, Tips Job Duties: • Wash and peel vegetables, fruit; • Wash, clean, and sanitize work tables, meat blocks, appliances, cupboards and kitchen work areas; • Sharpen kitchen knives; • Handle and store cleaning products; • Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, cupboards, and other storage areas; • Sweep and mop floors, and perform other duties to assist cook and kitchen staff; • Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers. Job Requirements: • Education: not required; • Experience: not required; • On-the-job training provided.
