Petro-Canada is a retail and wholesale marketing brand subsidiary of Suncor Energy. Also, Petro-Canada started opening a new fast-food deli-oriented branded convenience store. We are looking to hire a Retail Sales Supervisor, and I would like to look for friendly staff, who can give our customers an amazing experience. Employer: PDQ Holdings Ltd (o/a Petro Canada) Position: Retail Sales Supervisor Vacancy: 1 Wage: $23.00 ~ $37.00 per hour Working Condition: 30 ~ 40 hours/week. Working Location: Radium Hot Springs, British Columbia V0A1M0 Main Duties: - Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages - Manage staff and assign duties - Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses - Determine merchandise and services to be sold - Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale - Plan and organize daily operations - Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales - Determine staffing requirements - Develop and implement marketing strategies Requirement: – Completion of secondary school. – 2+ years of supervisory experience in the retail sales field is required. – Work must be completed at the physical location.
