Business address: 3909 Charles Street, Burnaby BC V5C 3K7 We’re looking for an experienced Construction Site Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects from start to finish in partnership with our Project Managers and Coordinators. Title of the position - Construction Site Superintendent Job duties- Manage all onsite activities to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets. • Coordinate trades, materials, and schedules for smooth project delivery. • Monitor costs, handle change orders, and track progress. • Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to resolve issues quickly. • Enforce safety standards, building codes, and company policies. • Supervise and mentor subcontractors and site staff. Qualifications • Proven superintendent experience in commercial tenant improvements. • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. • Solid knowledge of codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices. Role Expectations • Typical work hours are Monday to Friday dayshift however there is need for flexibility for early mornings, late evenings, or weekend work as require to meet project needs • Ability to work out of town on occasion; travel and accommodations are provided for outside the lower mainland • This is a site-based role requiring full-time presence for on-site activities • Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport (truck or van) required for travel and material delivery between sites; vehicle allowance is provided • Occasional overtime may be required during critical project phases Terms of employment: Permanent full-time. Benefits: extended health benefits, tuition reimbursement Language of work- English Wages: $ 48.50 -52 /hr, full time, permanent position (40- hrs / week). Location of work: various locations throughout Lower Mainland.
