Business Name: KAMI Japanese restaurant Business Address: UNIT 40, 2215 160ST, SURREY, BC V3S 9N6 Job Title: Restaurant Manager Job Opening: 1 position Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent Salary: $36.60 per hour Work Hours: 6 hours per day, 30 hours per week Benefit: 10 days paid vacation You will be responsible for : • Ensure all ordering and tasks are completed to successfully run the restaurant properly. • Assist with all administrative aspects and duties. • Monitor and troubleshoot any restaurant, building maintenance and employee problems and find solutions. • Process payroll for all restaurant staff. • Train and educate all staff for operational excellence. • Involved in hiring new staff. • Create and adjust all staff schedules. • Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues. • Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to the menus.
