We are looking for a Food Service Supervisor to work in the Subway store located in Radium Hot Springs, BC. Employer: Subway Radium (c/o 0805693 BC Ltd.) Position: Food Service Supervisor Vacancy: 1 Duties: - Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation - Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards - Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage - Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food - Prepare work schedule and evaluate work performance of staff - Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures - Respond to customer issues. Requirement: Completion of a college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related hospitality program OR 2+ years supervisory experience in food service field Conditions. Wage: $35.00~ $37.00/hour Working Condition: 30 - 40 hours a week. Benefit: 10 days or 4% from gross income for paid vacation per year.
