Business Name: Nubo ENE Enterprise Ltd. dba E:Ne Raw Food and Sake Bar Business Address: 737 Pandora Ave, Victoria, BC V8W 1N9 Job Title : Restaurant Manager Duration of Employment Contract: Full-time, Permanent Number of Job Opening: 1 position Work Hours: 30 hours per week Wage: $28.00 ~ $37.00 per hour (depending on skills or work experience) Benefit: 10 days paid vacation You will be responsible for : • Ensure all ordering and tasks are completed to successfully run the restaurant properly. • Assist with all administrative aspects and duties. • Monitor and troubleshoot any restaurant, building maintenance and employee problems and find solutions. • Process payroll for all restaurant staff. • Train and educate all staff for operational excellence. • Involved in hiring new staff. • Create and adjust all staff schedules. • Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues. • Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to the menus.
