We are looking for an experienced Early Childhood Educator Assistant (ECA) for a Full-time position. We, Kids Academy in Port Moody, provide high quality daycare to children aged 0-5years in a spacious facility, with bright classrooms and two large on-site playgrounds. - Position: Early Childhood Educator Assistant (ECA) - Location: 2610 St Johns Street, Port Moody, BC V3H 2B6 (Kids Academy) - Work Condition: $22.5/hour, 40 hours/week (Full-time, Permanent) - Vacation: 4% of gross salary - Available Position: 1 -Benefits: Group Benefits-extended health, dental, vision (after 3 months of employment), On-site parking, Company events ++Requirements Completion of secondary school is required Completion of post-secondary courses in ECE/ECA or equivalent experience Minimum 1 year of experience in child care ++Job Duties: Support early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children Assist early childhood educators or supervisors in keeping records Diaper, and feed infants and toddlers Engage children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs and preparing crafts Maintain daycare equipment and assist in organizing and cleaning duties Serve snacks and lunch for children Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors Attend staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children ++How to apply: Please submit your resume by email to hiring.KA@hotmail.com Only selected candidates will be contacted for an interview.
