If you are interested, please submit your resume by mail or e-mail. • Position: Butcher-retail • Types: Full-time, Permanent • Wage: CAD$23.00/hour • Working Hours: 30- 40hours/week • Benefits: 4% of vacation pay Job Duties: • Cut, trim, bone meats to prepare custom and/or standard cuts of meat; • Prepare meat for special displays and orders; • Wrap and package prepared meats; • Keep sales records and monitor supply to maintain inventory; • Ensure meats are clean and stored in safe conditions; • Follow Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and food safety standards and maintain workplace in sanitary conditions; • Supervise and train meat cutters.
