Sushi Wara in Delta, BC is currently looking for a competent Restaurant Manager to join our team. Position: Restaurant Manager (Full-time, Permanent) Positions Available: 1 Wage: C$28.00~$37.00 per hour (depending on experience and skills) Work hours: 30~35 hours per week Vacations: 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% of gross salary Work Location: Delta, BC Job Duties: - Oversee daily shift operations of the restaurant - Ensure customer service excellence and the restaurant’s profits - Manage, train and support the teams, maintaining strong teamwork - Track and monitor workflow and staff performance - Implement company policies and operational procedures - Monitor stock levels, place supply orders, and minimize waste - Assist in recruiting and scheduling - Ensure staff compliance with service standards, policies, and health and safety regulations - Address and resolve any customer complaints professionally Requirements: - Completion of secondary school is required. - A minimum of 2 years of experience in the food service sector, including experience in a supervisory role, is required. - Serving-it-Right certificate is required. - Language of Work: English How to Apply If you find this opportunity appealing and meet the specified criteria, kindly send your resume to sushiwaradelta.recruit@gmail.com.
