In Gujarat, the Gambhira Bridge in Padra, Vadodara collapsed, causing several vehicles to fall into the river. The death toll in this accident that occurred early in the morning has reached 9 so far. A rescue operation has been launched to rescue those who fell into the river. Five people have been rescued. Four injured have been shifted to SSG Hospital in Vadodara for treatment. The bridge accident occurred when a slab between two pillars on the bridge collapsed.  | |
