Business address: 1565 Pinetree Way Coquitlam, British Columbia V3E 3B5 Title of the position- Experienced Painter – A5 level Job duties: • Prepare surfaces: Sanding, caulking, and filling minor imperfections on interior and exterior surfaces. • Apply paint: Use brush, roller, and spray techniques to apply primer and finish coats. • Spray applications: Paint metal and wood doors/trim using spray equipment. • Equipment maintenance: Clean and maintain brushes, rollers, and airless spray pumps. • Professionalism on site: Wear your Painter’s Whites and maintain a clean, professional appearance. • Collaborate effectively: Communicate with crew members, subtrades, and other trades on site. • Lead and mentor: Supervise and train crew members at various experience levels. • terms of employment: Permanent full time; • language of work- English • wages- $ 29.03 per hour for 40 hours per week. All payments shall be subject to the usual statuary deductions for taxes, unemployment insurance, pension contributions, union dues etc. as required by law. Vacation pay: Holidays: the following shall govern holidays: • a) Union/ vacation pay is 10 % • b) You shall schedule your holidays in consultation with the Owner of the company, and shall be subject to the working requirements and your workload.
