Ltd. dba Good Sushi Job Location: 3916 Fraser St. Vancouver, BC, V5V 4E4 Job Title: Restaurant Manager Wage: $35.00 per hour Working Hours: 30 hours per week Employment Type: Full-Time/Permanent Benefit(s): 10 days’ paid vacation Job vacancies: 1 Full-Time job Job duties you will be responsible for: • Ensure all ordering and tasks are completed to successfully run the restaurant properly. • Assist with all administrative aspects and duties. • Monitor and troubleshoot any restaurant, building maintenance and employee problems and find solutions. • Process payroll for all restaurant staff. • Train, educate and manage all staff for operational excellence. • Involved in hiring new staff. • Create and adjust all staff schedules. • Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues. • Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to the menus.
