Sardis Bottle Depot is located in Chilliwack, BC. We are looking for a highly energetic retail sales manager to join and grow with our team. Employer: Sardis Bottle Depot Ltd. Position: Retail Sales Manager Vacancy: 1 <Duties> - Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of the company - Manage staff and assign duties - Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales - Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies - Source and negotiate with vendors when necessary - Develop and implement marketing strategies - Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues - Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues - Address staffing requirements, including the hiring, development and retention of staff <Requirement> - Completion of secondary school. - 2+ years of sales management experience Wage: $40.00~ $41.00/hour Working Condition: 30 – 40 hours a week. Benefit: 10 days or 4% of gross income for paid vacation per year.
