Ltd. dba Mr. Chibap Business address/Work Location: 1604 20Th Ave. Prince George, BC, V2L 4B6 Position: Restaurant Manager Wage: $35.00 /hour Duration of Employment Period: Permanent/Full-time Hours of Work: 30 hours per week Benefit: 10 days paid vacation Job Duties: - Manages daily operations including overseeing staff during shifts to make sure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. - Maintains an efficient workflow and addresses any issues promptly to ensure a smooth dining experience for customers. - Accomplishes restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees. - Meets restaurant financial objects by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. - Controls costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation l minimizing waste and ensuring high quality of preparation. - Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures. - Keep detailed records of financial transactions, inventory levels, and staff performance. - Develops and implements effective marketing strategies for attracting new customers and retaining existing ones. - Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to the menus Requirements: - Completion of a college - Minimum 2 years of work experience as a manager or supervisor in the food service sector - English Please send your resume to: Mail: Mr. Chibap at 1604 20Th Ave. Prince George, BC, V2L 4B6, Or Email: mrchibapjobs@gmail.com | |
