Number of Job opening: 3 positions Job Title: Furniture Cabinetmaker Job Location: 1682 Booth Ave. Coquitlam, BC V3K 1B9 Working Conditions: -Wage: $30.00 ~ $35.00 per hour (depends of skills and experience) -Working Hours: 30 ~ 35 hours per week -Benefit(s): 4% vacation pay or 10 days paid vacation + Health Benefits (Dental Plan) Job duties you will be responsible for: -Perform accurate measurements and calculations to ensure precise furniture/cabinet dimensions. -Cut and shape wood, laminates, and synthetic materials using manual and power tools. -Construct custom furniture, cabinetry, and millwork components according to client requirements. -Fit and install hinges, drawer slides, handles, and other hardware with precision. -Trim joints and fit parts and subassemblies together to form complete unit using glue and clamps and reinforce joints using nails, screws or other fasteners. -Apply stains, sealants, and coatings to achieve desired finishes. -Sand, paint, stain, or finish furniture/cabinets as needed. -Collaborate with designers or clients to ensure design intent is met. -Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tools and equipment Requirements: - Completion of High School is required - At least 3 years’ related work experience in the trade - English Send your resume to: E-mail: wortrajob@gmail.com, or mail : Wortra Enterprises Ltd. at 1682 Booth Ave. Coquitlam, BC V3K 1B9 | |
