Scoot offers a "Cancel Your Trip" add-on that provides greater flexibility. By purchasing this add-on, passengers can cancel their booking for any reason and receive a refund in the form of Scoot travel vouchers. The add-on must be purchased during booking or within 24 hours after booking. Cancellations can be made up to 4 hours before departure, provided the passenger has not checked in. This option is available for all Scoot destinations, except for flights to and from The Philippines, India, and South Korea. | |
