Employer: Kosoo Korean Chicken & BBQ Work location: 1128 Robson St, Vancouver, BC V6E 1B2 Position: Chef Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30~40 hours per week) Wage: $33~$35 per hour Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible Requirement: -3 years of experience in commercial food preparation -Completion of Secondary School. -English ability (able to communicate) is required Main Job Duties: - Plan menus and create new menu and new side dish or sauce recipes - Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events or special guests - Plan food preparation and cooking activities - Estimate amount and costs of supplies and food items - Demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff - Supervise cooks and kitchen staff - Instruct cooks in cooking and presentation of food - Consult customers regarding special arrangement How to apply: Email: kosookorean@gmail.com Only qaulified candidate will be contacted for an interview.
