Concrete finisher needed for Medeiros Concrete and Construction Ltd. 1 Vacancy Location: E12-53-28-W4 Spruce Grove, AB T7X 1Y4 Duties and Responsibilities: As per NOC 73100 - Concrete finisher; Check formwork, granular base and steel reinforcement materials and direct placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade, Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement, Operate power vibrators to compact concrete, Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification, Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools, Instruct apprentices, Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills and other fixtures, Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces, Waterproof, damp proof and restore surfaces, Repair, resurface and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures. Salary: $38.00 / hour for 30-40 hours per week Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time Start Date: As soon as possible Employment conditions: Day, Early Morning, Evening, Morning, Weekend Requirements / Skills: Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
