The Enforcement Directorate has once again today sent summons to Congress Minority Leader and Priyanka Gandhi's husband Robert Vadra. This summons is related to the money laundering case related to Shikohpur land deal in Haryana. The first summons were issued on April 8, during which no review meeting was held. ED alleges that Vadra's company bought a 3.5 acre plot in Shikohpur, Gurgaon from Omkareshwar Properties in February 2008 for Rs 7.5 crore. After this, his company sold this land to the great real estate player DLF for Rs 58 crore. Due to suspicion of money laundering in this entire case, the investigating agency is trying to find out the source of money behind this unexpected profit.  | |
