Everyone in the family loved it and today my husband and myself enjoy them as well. For all of the busy moms out there, this one is quick and easy. Not only do I prepare this for the family but also find ways to save time in the kitchen. You can boil the bell peppers while the rice and meat is cooking. Due to boiling the peppers you are able to cut the peppers with a fork when eating them. This is faster than cooking them in the oven.  | |
