Incorrect Printer Settings Sometimes the printer settings may prevent color or black ink from printing, even when there’s plenty of ink. Check your print settings to make sure you haven’t selected “Print in Grayscale” or a specific color profile that restricts output. Also, ensure you’re selecting the correct paper size and media type. Go into the print dialogue box and double-check everything before sending the print job again. Resetting the printer settings to default can also help. If the settings are misconfigured, your Epson printer may act like it’s printing but produce a blank page.
