Why did my HP printer suddenly stop working?
Print Spooler Service Error The Print Spooler service manages print jobs on your computer. If it crashes or encounters an error, your HP printer may stop working. To fix this, press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter. Find Print Spooler, right-click it, and select Restart. If print jobs are stuck in the queue, clear them by going to Control Panel > Devices and Printers, right-clicking your HP printer, and selecting See what’s printing. Delete any pending jobs before restarting the spooler. This should restore normal printing functionality.
