Job Position: Cook Number of Job Vacancies: 1 Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Main Job Duties: - Prepare and cook Japanese dishes and food from menu, including rolls, Teriyaki, Donburi, Tempura, Udon, Yakisoba, etc. - Supervise and train kitchen helpers - Ensure quality of food and proper size of food portions - Maintain inventory and records of food, kitchen supplies and equipment - Clean kitchen and work area - Comply with food safety standards and company policies Hourly Wage: C$19.00 per hour Work Hours: 30~40 hours per week Vacation: 10 days of paid vacation per year or 4% of gross salary Job Location: Surrey, BC Requirements: - Completion of secondary school is required. - A minimum of 2 years of commercial cooking experience is required. - Language: English How to Apply: Please send your resume via email at harusushi.hr@gmail.com if you are interested.
