(o/a Freshmart) Business Address: 2107 20 Avenue, Nanton, AB T0L 1R0 Canada Offered Wage: $22.00- $25.00 per hour. Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week Main Duties: -Supervising and coordinating daily activities of retail staff to ensure efficient store operations. -Delivering exceptional customer service by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and answering inquiries. -Overseeing inventory levels, managing stock replenishment, and ensuring well-organized and attractive merchandise displays. -Training and mentoring employees on store policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards. -Handling cash transactions, performing end-of-day reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. -Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations specific to grocery retail. -Assisting in meeting sales goals by implementing promotional strategies and monitoring performance metrics. -Conducting regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with store standards. Qualifications: - Completion of secondary school is required. - 2+ years of supervisory experience in retail sales field is usually required.
