Child caregiver – private home position Employer: Jungsun Hwang Job Position: Child Caregiver - Private home, Full time, Permanent Job Location: 995 Roche point dr suite 806 North Vancouver, BC V7H 2X4 Wage Rate and working hours: $19.00 per hour and 30~40 Hours per week Main Duties - Take full responsibility for the household when parents are away - Care for children in a safe and nurturing home environment - Keep the home clean and organized - Follow parents' guidelines for disciplining children - Plan and engage the child in fun and educational activities - Accompany the child to indoor and outdoor activities - Provide homework assistance when needed and encourage independence - Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks - Drop off and pick up children from school and activities Qualifications: - 6 month experience in child care OR Completion of a training program in child care - High school completion or higher - First Aid Certificate - Able to communicate in English - Able to drive children to and from activities If you are interested in this position to apply, please send your resume by e-mail to jungsunhwang20@gmail.com
