Employer: H&L Company Consultant Position: Full-time Office Administrator (NOC 13100) Vacancy: 1 Job Duties/Description • Train other workers • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages • Respond to employee questions and complaints • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents • Schedule and confirm appointments • Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs • Answer electronic enquiries • Compile data, statistics and other information Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Previous office experience of a minimum of 2 years is required. • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English • Proficiency in using MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Reader and Electronic mail Working Location: #400-525 Seymour Street, Vancouver, BC V6B 3H7 Canada. Wage: $25.00 ~ $29.00 per hour. Working Condition: 35 - 40 hours per week and 4% of gross income for paid vacation per year.
