1. Job Description • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms • Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies • Develop, implement and analyze budgets • Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance • Address customers' complaints or concerns • Provide customer service, Recruit, train and supervise staff 2. Requirements • Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management preferred • Significant work experience in the hospitality industry (at least 2 years) • Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service • Strong leadership and communication skills (English proficiency) • Decisive and critical thinker 3.
