Italian Farmhouse Restaurant is located at 20 Balsam Ave., Bragg Creek, AB T0L 0K0. We are currently looking for permanent, full time Bakers. Position: Baker Wage: CAD$17.00/hour Types: Full-time, Permanent Working hours: 30-40 hours/week Benefits: 4% of vacation pay, Free meals at work, Tips, Employee discounts Job Duties: • Prepare dough, mixtures, and icing & frostings for various baked & dessert items including bread, pizza, tiramisu, pate di ciccolato, cheese & chocolate cakes, and other items on the menus; • Cut, shape and bake dough and mixtures; • Frost and decorate cakes and other baked goods; • Prepare production schedules to determine right quantities and types of goods to produce; • Maintain and requisition baking supplies and materials; • Ensure quality of goods meets the restaurant’s standards; • Train staff.
