Number of Position: 1 Business Name: Suntrust Holding Ltd dba Best Western Plus Sands Hotel Business Address: 1755 Davie Street Vancouver, BC, V6G 1W5 Wage: $23.00 per hour Working hours: 40 hours per week Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Benefit: 10 Day Paid vacation or 4% Vacation Pay & Extend Medical Insurance Requirements: - Secondary (high) school graduation certificate - Minimum 1 year supervisor work experience in a hotel or related field - English Job Duties: - Coordinate, assign and review the work of hotel - Performs all duties of a night auditor inclusive of supervising the overnight team and liaising with guests and clients. - Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities with other work units or departments - Control and secure cash and cash equivalents for property according to cash handling policy and procedures - Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports - Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies - Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work - May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
