Business Address: Unit 304, 15745 Croydon Dr., Surrey, BC, V3Z 2L5 Work Location: 5228 King George Blvd, Surrey, BC, V3S 9M1 Type of Employment: Full time – Permanent Anticipated Start Date As soon as possible Job Duties: Weed, prune and trim trees and plants Remove litter and garbage Cart and spread topsoil and other materials Weedwacking, grass cutting Lay sod or seed Repair and maintain equipment Write daily basic progress reports Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment Opening & Closing Procedures Daily Range Ball picking & washing Parking Lot clean up with Blowers Requirements Education: Some secondary education is required Experience: Experience is an asset. On-the-job training will be provided. Driver’s license is an asset Work conditions and Physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Hand-eye coordination, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Bending, crouching, kneeling Personal suitability: Dependability, Flexibility, Reliability, Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Team player, Organized. Work Site Environment: Outdoors, Wet/damp, Dusty, Hot, Cold. Work setting: Driving Range and Golf Course. Language: English is required. Salary: $22.00 hourly, 37.5 hours per week Benefits: Uniforms provided by employer. Transportation cost covered if worker needs to relocate. Free Golf and Range Practice is provided. Important Information: Flexibility on schedule is required. Work schedule is 5 days per week, on a rotational basis, from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm. or from 1:00 pm to 9:00 am.
