Position: Food Service Supervisor Position Available: 2 Wage: $18.50 - $20.50 per hour Work Hours: 30 - 40 hours per week (Full-time, Permanent) Vacation: 10 days paid vacation or 4% of gross salary Work Location: 230 COOK ST suite 107, Victoria, BC V8V 3X3 Benefit: Extended health care and dental care benefit after six months Main Duties: Oversee and supervise daily operations of the restaurant Manage, schedule, assign, train and evaluate assigned restaurant staff Ensure that food and service quality meets quality control standards, enforcing sanitation and safety standards in service areas Resolve customers' complaints or concerns Maintain records of inventory, repairs, sales, and wastage Prepare budgets and provide cost estimates Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in food preparation or customer service OR completion of a college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management Completion of Secondary School English is required Knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres Must be able to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure How to apply: send your resume to taishogrillnbar@hotmail.com Please respond with your resume attached, those qualified will be contacted.
