The company offers high-quality services to all people and their varying backgrounds. We are currently looking for a full-time Building Cleaner. Employer: CCBS Maintenance Ltd. Position: Building Cleaner (Code #65310) Vacancies: 2 Main Duties: - Dedicated hard floor care through various cleaning methods including sweeping, moping, washing, and polishing. - Use a high-pressure vacuum to remove dust from the furniture, rugs, and the carpeting area. - Wash exterior and interior windows, walls, and ceilings. - Conduct sanitization of areas that require extreme care of hygiene, such as changing rooms, operating room, and elevator. - Remove debris and other garbage in the building. Requirement: - No specific education requirements. - Work experience as a cleaner is an asset. Wage: $19.00 ~ $20.00 per hour Working Condition: 30-40 hours per week. 10 days paid vacation per year or 4 % of vacation pay.
