We are currently looking for a permanent, full time Food (Kimchi) Processing Supervisor. If you are interested, please submit your resume by email. Position: Food (Kimchi) Processing Supervisor Wages: CAD$31.25~$36.00/hour (depending on skills & experiences) Types: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including morning, evening, weekends, and holidays) Working hours: 30~ 40 hours/week Benefits: 4 % of vacation pay Job Duties: • Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of workers who process, package Kimchi products • Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality • Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units including shipping • Requisition materials and supplies • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policy • Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions • Prepare production, quality, and other reports.
