1. Job Description • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure service standards are maintained. • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food. • Train staff in job duties, sanitation guidelines, and safety procedures. • Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation and service. • Hire and assist in the selection of food service staff. • Ensure food quality and service meet company standards and quality control procedures. • Prepare and maintain budgets and cost estimates related to food service operations. • Address and resolve customers’ complaints or concerns in a timely manner. • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage. • Prepare and submit operational and inventory reports. • Prepare food order summaries for the chef or kitchen staff. • Demonstrate knowledge of the restaurant’s culinary genres and menu offerings. • Supervise and verify the assembly of food trays and the delivery of food trolleys where applicable. • Establish and monitor staff work schedules. 2. Requirements • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate • 1-2 years of relevant work experience • Excellent customer service and communication skills (English proficiency) • Superior organizational skills • Able to work flexible days and hours 3.
