Currently, we are in the process of hiring a Shop Manager! Employer: T & K Hair Salon Inc Position: Shop Manager (NOC 60020) Vacancy: 1 Job Duties: -Plan, direct, and oversee daily operations of the salon, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery to clients -Supervise all staffs; assign daily duties and ensure team adherence to salon policies and standards -Monitor industry trends and client feedback to identify new services, treatments, or promotions that align with customer demand and preferences -Determine appropriate pricing for salon services and retail products; manage service menus and implement promotional and loyalty programs -Manage inventory of hair care products and supplies; liaise with suppliers to order merchandise and negotiate pricing when necessary -Develop and execute marketing campaigns (social media, online booking platforms, referral programs) to attract and retain clients -Prepare and manage operating budgets; authorize expenditures, monitor revenue, and track salon performance against financial goals -Oversee customer service quality; handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure a positive customer experience -Coordinate recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff; develop strategies to improve employee retention and productivity Requirement: – Completion of secondary school. – 2-3 years of retail sales experience are required. Conditions. Wage: $34.00 - $35.00/hour (To be negotiated) and 4% of vacation pay Working Condition: 30 – 40 hours a week.
