The Red Truck Beer Company Ltd. is a craft beer brewery located in Vancouver, BC. Our Truck Stop Food Truck brings slow-cooked Southern flavours to the streets of Vancouver with smoked meats, brewhouse burgers, and delicious tacos. We are looking for a Cook who will join our team. Employer: Red Truck Beer Company Ltd. Position: Cook Vacancy: 2 Wage: $18.00 ~ $20.00 per hour Working Condition: 30-40 hours a week. Benefit: 4% from gross income for paid vacation per year. Working (Business) Location: 295 E 1st Ave, Vancouver, BC V5T 1A7 Canada Responsibilities: – Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. – Cook special meals for customers with different preferences and health conditions under the chef’s instructions. – Train and monitor kitchen helpers to properly assist cooks. – Oversee and ensure smooth kitchen operations. – Determine the size of food portions being served to customers. – Ensure the inventory is filled up with sufficient supplies, food, and equipment. – Maintain the hygiene of the kitchen and work area. – May plan menus such as seasonal menus in accordance with our guidelines.
