We are seeking a strategically minded Marketing Analyst to enhance our marketing efforts through insightful analysis and data-driven decision-making. This is a full-time, permanent position, with 37.5 hours per week, and a salary range from 82,000 to 87,000. Education and experience required: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Statistics, or a related field. A minimum of one year of relevant work experience, preferably in a role focused on marketing analysis or in a closely related field that requires similar analytical and data-handling skills. Essential Skills required: Proficient in utilizing tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Word to analyze market trends and sales data, as well as prepare presentations Experience in conducting detailed quality control to ensure the accuracy of marketing data. Proficiency in data analysis programming languages, such as Python, SQL for executing complex data analysis, including customer segmentation and predictive analytics preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to initiate improvements and innovate marketing strategies, international travel may required Strong communication skills to effectively disseminate findings to internal teams and external stakeholders. Key duties: Analyze market trends and compile sales data to support strategic decision-making. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, both in-store and online. Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by analyzing sales data. Prepare reports, graphs, and charts to illustrate findings. Evaluate customer service and product/service feedback to enhance marketing strategies. Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products. Coordinate with stakeholders to promote a cohesive and efficient marketing strategy. Analyze market trends within the specific safety equipment sector.
