We are looking for a Retail Store Supervisor to work at Kimmer Country Market located in Alberta, Canada. Employer: 1866039 Alberta Ltd. (o/a Kimmer Country Market) Position: Retail Store Supervisor (Full-time) Vacancy: 1 Main Job Duties: - Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of retail sales staff. - Assign sales duties, ensure shelves are stocked, and maintain store cleanliness. - Authorize payments and the return of merchandise. - Assist in the preparation of work schedules and monitor staff performance. - Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary. - Monitor inventory levels, request supplies, and participate in stock control. - Provide orientation and on-the-job training for new staff. - Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards. Job Requirement: - Completion of secondary school. - 1-2 years of supervisory experience in retail sales field is usually required. Working Conditions.
