Position: Founding Product Designer (NOC 22211) Company: Momentum Labs Canada Inc. (dba Momentum) Business Address: 6060 Silver Drive, 3rd Floor, Office 03-125. Burnaby, BC V5H 0H5 Salary: $42.30 per hour ($88,000 CAD per year) Job Type: Permanent, Full Time (40 hours per week) Benefits: 3 weeks of paid time off, health and life insurance and technology stipends. Language: English Work Location: Anywhere in British Columbia, Canada. Must be willing to attend in person meetings in our office once a month. Our office is located at 6060 Silver Drive, 3rd Floor, Office 03-125, Burnaby, BC V5H 0H5, Canada. Job Requirements: 1) Bachelor's degree in Design; 2) At least one year of experience as a Product Designer or similar role; 3) In-depth knowledge of web design, user experience, and user interface design; 4) Hands-on experience with design and prototype tools; 5) Must possess good communication skills in English. Responsibilities: • Build up a version of the product (UI/UX) of the Momentum web application; • Incorporate stakeholders' input to the concept and build up delightful user interfaces and user flows; • Manage a Design system; • Plan and implement qualitative & quantitative research; • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes; • Analyze user feedback and optimize product designs; • Develop user-friendly and intuitive designs; • Ensure all designs are optimized for mobile devices; • Work closely with developers to ensure quality; • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
